Did you know that over two thirds of smokers would like to stop smoking? Research has shown that smokers are four times more likely to quit with a support programme like Stop Smoking Wales than in any other way.
The advisors at Stop Smoking Wales know how hard it can be to give up smoking. Stop Smoking Wales offers free, friendly, local, NHS support that really works. The six-week support programme provides ongoing help and advice, as well as information about the different kinds of treatments available free on prescription.
Help is available in Gibbonsdown. Stop Smoking Wales has just started running weekly sessions in the Parkside Christian Centre(St Bride’s Way), and there are also evening sessions available in Barry Hospital.
If you or any of your friends or family are interested in quitting smoking, please phone Stop Smoking Wales and make an appointment. Ring us on the free phone number:
